John Mooney – Chief Executive Officer
Mr Mooney is the former CFO and Finance Director
of Computer Power Group Limited where he held positions from 1989 to
1998. CPGL is a computer services company. Mr Mooney was involved in
the business operations, including business reviews, budgeting and
strategic planning. He was actively involved in employee incentive
planning and implementation.
Mr Mooney was Finance Director of Endeavour
HealthCare Limited for two years. He joined the group after the
first round of acquisitions. He was Chairman of the group’s
Acquisition Committee and was responsible for negotiating major
deals. He established the acquisition guidelines, including the key
productivity requirements for inclusion in the doctors’ contracts.
He was responsible for all budgeting, business reviews and upgrading
and redefining the overall strategy.
He developed the doctor incentive plan and share
program in conjunction with John Egan. The plan was never
introduced.
Bevyn White – Chief Operating Officer
Mr White has a background in the establishment of
health services businesses and is formerly an executive officer of
Endeavour HealthCare Limited.
Mr White started in the industry in the early
1980’s and developed medical centres for a group who were the first
to actively target consolidation in the medical industry. All of the
centres developed are still operational and most are highly
profitable.
Mr White then developed a number of centres as an
independent operator before moving into the radiology field, first
in NSW and later in Victoria. In October 2000 Mr White’s radiology
business was sold to Endeavour HealthCare Limited, who subsequently
on-sold the business at a profit to Mayne Limited.
As an Executive Director of the Company he will
concentrate on business operations.
David Loiterton - General Manager - Marketing
David’s key responsibility is the marketing and
brand profile of the group with an additional direct management role
in the operation of the Southbank Day Surgery facility.
He brings 18 years of medical industry and
medical research industry knowledge to NMIG, having held senior
executive positions in such high profile organisations as Johnson &
Johnson, Konica Shimadzu and Compumedics – the last eight of these
at general management level.
David has extensive marketing experience in
health industry at both a local and international level. He has been
responsible for many successful start-up operations, as well as
integrating a number of mergers and acquisitions in both Australia
and overseas. This strong mix of marketing and management skills
will see us develop our brand, communication and business
collateral.
Mark Kennedy – Independent Medical Director
Mark has had many years of experience in general
practice and practice management. He has a Graduate Diploma in
Family Medicine and Graduate certificates in Management and
Integrative Medicine as well as a post-graduate qualification in
Sports Medicine.
He has established and continues to manage two
medical centres in the Geelong area, while continuing to practice
part-time in general practice. He has been involved in GP registrar
training for almost ten years and medical student training for two
years.
He has also been an accreditation surveyor since
2000 and has recently been appointed to the Board of the Victorian
Metropolitan Alliance, the body responsible for GP registrar
training in the Greater Melbourne area.
